Why don't we recognize when we're in funks?

I just got out of a depression, and it just felt awful. Now I'm feeling better again, but why didn't I recognize it and seek help earlier?

Okay, so caffeine is a depressant. So is alcohol. So is too much sugar.

If somebody comes and tells me that chocolate causes depression, I'm jumping off a bridge.

Didn't I write this before somewhere?

Now that Reinholds is back, it's got my creative juices flowing again.

I think what I have to do is make another bodycast, and build a belt prototype on the inside by painting the shape of the belt using silicone, then building walls for the mould with polymer clay, then painting the shell using resin. Whaddya think?

Today was productive. Went to this meeting that I'd meant to go to for a long time. Did some promotions for my business, got one step closer to properly refinancing my apartment.

I can't have caffeine, alcohol, or excessive sugar because they all send me into weeklong bouts of depression. Now that is depressing.

If a doctor tells me next that I can't eat any chocolate or ice cream, then I'm jumping off a bridge!
